Per his twitter account Dwight Lowery had this to say along with this picture:
"Looks like Lowery's back.."
Tania Ganguli of the Times Union spoke with Lowery on the phone. He has signed a four year contract. At age 26 that is a very big signing for the Jags as it continues with the teams youth movement and will allow Lowery to develop into a potentially elite Safety/Cornerback. More details of the contract will come as they are made available.
