The Colt Killer returns!! Jaguars apply franchise tag to Josh Scobee

Per Tania Ganguli of the Times Union. The Jaguars have placed the franchise tag on kicker Josh Scobee. With that being done the Jaguars will have to pay Scobee around 2.6M this season unless a long term deal is worked out.

Adam Schefter of NFL.com tweeted as follows
"Kicker Josh Scobee's agent Ken Harris said his client has no plans to sign the franchise tender the Jaguars used on him today"
