Several media outlets are reporting on how Knighton got injured. Speculation on how the injury accurred started this morning from Jeff Prosser of 1010XL and Alfie Crow of Big Cat Country. According to Dan Hicken of First Coast News, Potroast was intervening in an altercation between one of his friends and someone else at the night club Pure. At some point during this altercation a bottle was broken over his head resulting in glass getting in his eye. Tania Ganguli of Jacksonville.com and the Florida Times Union reported earlier in the day that Knighton's mother said that he was in good spirits. Knighton thanked the fans that had took to his Facebook wall to offer their support and well wishes for a speedy and healthy recovery.
In other Jaguars related news, CB William Middleton signed his 5th round tender today insuring that he will be in black and teal for another season and adding to the Jaguars depth at DB.
