The Jags have signed another draft pick. This time its 5th round pick Brandon Marshall (LB). Marshall played linebacker at Nevada University. Since beginning negotiations with their draft picks last week the Jags have signed Andre Branch, Mike Harris, Jeris Pendleton and Brandon Marshall. The only draft picks left to signed are first round pick Justin Blackmon (WR) and third round pick Bryan Anger (P). Blackmon's contract will now face more negotiations due to his DUI arrest that took place on Sunday. With Anger being the new go to punter his may also take some negotiation as well since the Jags cut all punters that had previously been signed.

Brandon Marshall has had a good off season with the team and has fit in well with the defense and has participated in some of the Team Teal /Jaguars caravan events. He takes the time to learn from his coaches and the listens to the advice the vets give him. Last week he did an interview with Jaguars.com and seemed a little nervous but he'll get used to the spot light. At 6-2 243lbs look for Marshall to move from a backup roll to a starting roll some time in the next few years.
